Privacy Policy

What we store

Forma is a browser-based fitness planning tool. Your profile, generated plan, and tracker entries are saved in your browser’s localStorage on your device. We do not run a separate user account database for this data.

If you subscribe, the email on your membership may also store your plan preferences (things like body stats, goals, and food likes) on Stripe’s customer record so we can restore your plan when you log in on a new device. We do not store your full generated plan or meal schedule in that metadata.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment details under their own privacy policy. Forma does not store your full card number.

Cookies & analytics

We may use basic cookies or similar technology needed to run the site (for example, hosting or checkout). We do not sell personal data.

We don’t sell your data

Forma does not sell your personal information to third parties.
