Subscription
Paid access is $29 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime via Stripe; canceling stops future charges. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
Personal use
Forma is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, resell, or scrape the service for others.
Age
You must be 18 or older to subscribe to or use the paid Forma service.
Results
We don’t guarantee specific fitness or weight outcomes. Results depend on consistency, lifestyle, and individual factors.
